Mundy played several festivals in Ireland and the UK including Electric Picnic, Oxegen and Glastonbury .
He then appeared with Sharon Shannon ’ s big band alongside early guests such as Shane McGowan and Damien Dempsey. They went on tour in Ireland and the UK over Christmas .

The stick to class he released his fourth studio album, Strawberry Blood. It was an uplift album that featured guest appearances from Shane McGowan, Gemma Hayes and Fergus O ’ Farrell .

Live at Oxegen and Shuffle
In 2011, Mundy released his second populate album, Mundy Live at Oxegen 2008. It was recorded in battlefront of a 10,000 strong herd in a big tent at the Oxegen festival. The performance was recorded for descendants and made available entirely on itunes. It featured Sharon Shannon who appeared as a guest performer on Galway Girl.
A few months later, Mundy released his fifth studio apartment album, Shuffle. It was inspired by his front-runner american songwriters and recorded at respective venues over the run of the year .
Mundy continues to perform and phonograph record. He is now widely regarded as one of the major stars of irish music, with his alone blend of thoughtful songs and wellbeing live performances .
